We are getting a regular and consistent error message in the website error_logs which reads [12-Mar-2024 14:44:58 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “source” in /home/xxxx/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/woocommerce-analytics/classes/class-jetpack-woocommerce-analytics-universal.php on line 470

Can anyone help me to unpick what I need to do to resolve the error?

    Hi there,

It seems like you are encountering a PHP warning related to the WooCommerce Analytics feature in Jetpack. To help resolve this, I would suggest updating Jetpack and WooCommerce to their latest versions as a first step, as this might be an issue that has been fixed in a recent update.

If you are already using the latest versions, it may be a conflict with another plugin or with your theme. You can try the following steps:

    1. Disable all other plugins except Jetpack and WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One to check if the issue persists.
    2. If the warning goes away, enable each plugin one by one and switch back to your theme to identify the conflict.

If the error continues, please reply to this thread with your site URL so we can have a look. If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

Could you please also let us know the versions of Jetpack and WooCommerce you are currently running?

    Thank you!
