PHP Warning when purging cache from Admin bar

    Site is on Siteground shared hosting, when pressing Purge in the admin bar, I get these error messages :

    Do you have a ticket id for that issue? It’s some sort of interference with the rest of your site and/or a particular PHP version being used which is private information that I would like to check.
