Hello,

We have errors in the logs with the pro version, example:

alcor-controles.fr/.fpm/php5.external” stderr: PHP message: PHP Warning: filesize(): stat failed for /home/clients
uploads/slider53/diagnostics-pollution-sol-et-immobiliers-alcor
plugins/nextend-smart-slider3-pro/Nextend/SmartSlider3/Slider/Slide.php on line 912, referer

No, it’s not a problem related to the pro version, you can help here.

Also your help system on the professional site sent is complicated, you have to answer a questionnaire, etc…

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
