    I am trying to get youtube working and I note that I need to set a value of php.ini to Please enable the PHP setting allow_url_fopen = On

    My host is 1and1 and I am not permitted to modify the global php.ini but I can override settings by placing a local php.ini file in the folder that needs it.

    My question is which folder should I place the override file to make it work with CVG please?
