I was using shortcode to view picasa album on my website. I was using album id which was there in the url of picasa. Now I am unable to find the album id from google photos.
having the same issue, unable to retrieve new albums added to Google Photos as the Public Share option is missing.
We are displaying multiple albums.. so adding shortcode for each album with key is not a viable option.
Ok Guys… Try this:
Log into Google+ using the same ID you use for Picasa.
Then Create a Collection and Make it Public. Add your photos.
Photonic should be able to display your album now.
I tried this step but it is not working
my website url http://www.robolab.in/home-test
my album shortcode is [robolabmedia type=’picasa’ user_id=’[email protected]’ album=’102965180412888466650′]
I need to confirm Photonic is still working with new photos/albums. You need to go thought Google Plus and create new Collection (Make it Public). Add photos (select photos which you earlier added to google photos) and publish. Click on post and you will get the link which include album ID.
