pick service first

Is there any way for a customer to pick a service first and then see all available timeslots for that service and available employees? Currently in my test installation (free version) a customer has to pick a timeslot and then has to keep guessing when the service he wants might be available. That would a be killer argument for me against using this plugin.

If this is only available with the pro version no problem I just need to know it is possible and how.
