Pick up from customer?

    Hi,

    I go a client that needs DHL integration to work on Polish market but the unusual thing here is that after placing an order DHL pick up needs to be arranged from customer address and then sent to shop address.
    Can we use the plugin this way?

    sorry to say, but the plugin does not yet cover DHL Parcel Poland – in case you want to use DHL Express services in or from Poland, this will be covered within the next weeks (we currently are testing a release that will fully cover DHL Express too) – hope this answers your question and let me know in case we can support anytime via [email protected] too!

    We can use DHL express, but most important question is if it will support pick up from customer?

    until your support thread it was not envisioned to have this as part of the first release – I caught up with our product owner at DHL Express side and they will try to add it to the first release now. I cant promise, but I am confident that they will have that feature within it 🙂 Hope this helps & Cheers
