How can I import picture through this plugin. Is it possible ? please provide ASAP

For now , with the version 0.3.8, you cannot import images.
You can try another plugin “Really Simple CSV Importer“, plus its add-on “RS CSV Importer Media Add-On“.
This add-on does import images.
