Is everything else working? What do you mean by “cannot change the profile photo“, are you able to open the media manager when clicking the Upload button? is the picture gone when you hit Update?
Give us more details about this, we’ll try to help you.
One other thing you could try is deactivate/delete the plugin, and re-install/activate it. Maybe something went wrong during the update.

I tried deactivating, deleting, reinstalling, and activating the plugin and it did not fix my issue. The media uploader opens and when I select a file and click insert into post, the image does not show up and I click update and it’s not there.

We didn’t have anything like this with other users. I think it could be a plugin conflict, Team Members and some other plugin could be conflicting and causing this behavior.
In order to check if the issue is related to a plugin conflict (or theme conflict), could you please **deactivate** all your plugins (except Team Members) and check if it works. If it does work, please **reactivate** them *one by one* and check each time if Team Members still works. This will allow us to find the conflicting plugin. If this does not work, try switching to the default WordPress theme and check if the plugin works. Sometimes the issue can be theme related.
If none of this works then we’ll need to investigate more, we’ll need more details about the issue to try and find where it comes from. Deactivated them all and tried it and it still didn’t work with them all deactivated.

When uploading your picture, make sure the Link URL field in your uploader is set to None.

I’ve got better, we have made a new version of the plugin that implements the image upload better. I believe it should fix the issue you are having. Could you confirm this?
Please download the .zip file and install it on your website.

To install this new version, remove the one you are currently using (deactivate/delete), and install this one from the admin panel: Plugins > Add New > Upload (use the .zip file).
Let me know if you are able to upload images to your members after that.
