.pid file inside wp-admin

WordFence found, in a site that I manage, a .pid file inside the wp-admin folder.
The problem is reported as high criticality.
In this thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/unknown-file-in-wordpress-core-wp-admin-pid-what-is-this-file/ I read that this file could have been created by Litespeed Cache.
So the question is if it is true, if this .pid file is created by Litespeed Cache, and how can I understand if the content of this file is legal or not.

@marcopanichi I answered the issue on that thread.
We create .pid file, but not in wp-admin folder.
