Hi are you using the widget provided by the plugin or some other method to display it there?

Hi, I have created an image and put a link to Pinterest since I could not create your button there without an error message.

The Pin It widget also caused erors on my posts. I have deactivated it now for my posts in “What to See” to work without an error message.
@eleri5 The error you saw is most likely related to a web host setting that would need updating if you were to use our plugin.
Please pass this on to your web host’s server admin or support unless you’re in charge of this.
The “simple_html_dom.php” library in the plugin is necessary to parse and detect images throughout your content to mark for adding hover buttons, below image buttons, etc. throughout.
“Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding()” from this library means the mbstring() extension to PHP is not installed on the server.
It should be a pretty easy one line configuration for your admin.
See:

http://php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
Hopefully that helps.
Was this ever fixed? It was working for us until I upgraded so not a server issue. When I activate it, the footer and sidebar disappears. You can see the shortcode now that I deactivated it.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I need to get this fixed ASAP.
Thanks!!
@ssmeredith I’m not sure this is a related issue, and this one’s already marked resolved.
Would you mind starting a new topic with details? Thanks.
