    Hello

Firstly this error has now been addressed, Thank you

Your theme (Pinnacle) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. Fixed

I am still trying to work through a couple of Front page issues and I wonder if you have any advise or help available?.
I have now re uploaded certain plugins that where causing a white page error on the site and this does not happen now.

There seems to be two issues left on the front page, 1 – the call to action button and scrolling background image are not showing. I have checked all the settings and they appear to be the same as the original settings.

2 – The front page widget area has also disappeared from the bottom front page only. When navigating to other pages the menu reappears as normal.

The call to action at present has been set to lower down the front page to eliminate the space between the main image and the posts but is still set to on.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    regards
    Kevin

There is one more thing I have just noticed, when I am logged into my Dashboard my Dashboard menu is also not appearing at the top of the front page, this again is front page only.

    Thanks

    Hey Kevin,

Can you please post a link to your site so that I can take a look?

    Thanks,

    Hi Kevin

Thanks for the reply, The problems I have been having recently with my site http://www.creative-spirit.co.uk hopefully may have come to an end. Yesterday yet another error appeared on the site,

    Host Papa

    500 Internal Server Error

    The page cannot be displayed.

    Return to home page

I reported this straight away to the provider who then went about trying to rectify the problem. Later in the day I received a message that they had completed the work and the site was now operational. When checked the site was operational and also all the errors above where also rectified. This has been way above me so I am really not sure how all this took place, but it seems at present all errors have gone. Thank you for your support here and I hope that I will not have to worry you again.

This is the message I received from the host….
    Hello Kevin,

We’re currently deploying new PHP configuration to the server your account is hosted on which is the reason for this behavior. It should complete really soon and I’ll let you know as soon as it’s done.

    Please standby.

    Best regards
    Kevin

I would just like to add – The errors on my website appeared at least a day before the 500 error appeared.

    Thanks

    Hi Kevin,
Glad the errors went away. Just to be clear, were all you issues resolved? Or did you still need assistance with something?
