Pinterest button not clickable

Hi,

I have an issue with your plugin to my website; it seems the Pinterest button is not working (See link below). Can you help me how to fix this, please?

Hi,

We just checked and there is “Pin it” official button which is working.

Which browser and operating system are you using (with version)?

Hi,

I am using chrome, i try it also on Firefox browser and it is not working either.

oh sorry I did not include it earlier on my message.

Operation System: OS X El Capitan
Version 10.11.6 (15G31)

Browser: Google Chrome
Version 54.0.2840.98 (64-bit)

Would you try clearing your browser cache?

i saw this error on console, everytime i click the pin button.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined(…)

Okay.
Open the developer tools in your browser (right click anywhere at the webpage where Pinterest icon is), open Console tab, click Pinterest share icon and send us the screenshot of the console showing its content.

Okay. Would you try in any other browser? Seems something related to your current browser settings.
