Pinterest button not working

    Hi guys,

    I used your page builder with the pinterest button on the side. But for some reason I cant get it to work now. When I press the pin button on the left hand side, it shows me the images, I then click on an image and select a board, but then it just keeps saying that it is not working. This is happening on all my pages now. I’ve tried on laptop and a phone. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Are you sure this problem relates to SiteOrigin plugins? I don’t quite see how it does at the moment.

    With any troubleshooting situation, your goal is to establish a working baseline. Try clearing your cache, deactivating your caching plugin and then deactivating all plugins except for the plugin adding the sharing buttons. Does the Pinterest process work then? If not, switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen. Once you have a working baseline (assuming you can get to one), add back your plugins one by one, checking for the problem after each activation.

    If you can’t establish a working baseline then the issue isn’t a conflict and something else is happening, best to contact the authors of the social buttons plugin in that event.
