Pinterest conversion tag

When i used my tag id in the plugin for pinterest, the tag helper didn’t verify the the conversion tag till i manually had to add it to my website head manually, then the whole events like add to cart etc are not detected as well by the tag helper, how can i fix this?
P.s i’m using woo-commerce
