I understand you’re experiencing an issue with disconnecting your old Pinterest account from WooCommerce.
Kindly try these steps:
- Go to Plugins →Installed Plugins and ensure that you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce and the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin.
- Navigating to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
– WooCommerce transients – Clear
– Expired transients – Clear
– Clear template cache – Clear
- Next, please clear your browser cache, then try disconnecting your Pinterest account again.
If you’re still experiencing issues after following these steps, please let us know.

Thanks for your reply. I have done all the steps you mentioned, but it did not resolved the issue. After clearing cache and all other steps you mentioned, when i disconnect the pinterest account and click on get started again it shows the same issue. It did not take me to the page where i can connect a new account.
I have treid everything please help me out to disconnect my old pinterest account.

Disconnecting a Pinterest account from your WooCommerce site needs to be done from the Pinterest side:
