• Are you still supporting proxies for Pinterest? When I click on Advances>Proxy>Instructions it sends me to a 404 page.

    The problem I’m having is that, after enabling the proxy when trying to autopost/test post to Pinterest I get this error:

    Array ( [pgID] => [isPosted] => 0 [pDate] => 2017-04-26 09:40:04 [Error] => Can't Connect - nxs_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => A valid URL was not provided. ) ) ) - ERROR -01- )

    I do not get this error if I post without the proxy, but I need the proxy feature. The proxy is a private one, it works fine and it’s not been blocked by Pinterest (I can manually log in through it in the browser). I get the same error no matter what proxies I use.

    This is actually the second (useless) error that overrides the first one.

    Please go to the Help/Support/About Tab and click [check for API updates] to get the version 2.27.6 that shows first error.

    Then please try to make a post again. You will see the actual issue with your proxy.

    Ok, updated to 2.27.6 and the first time I tried I got Error connection timed out. The second time and every time thereafter I got the same error as before, “A valid URL was not provided”.

    Can I see the full error message?

    “connection timed out” is exactly the error you should be getting if your proxy is offline and not responding at all. Are you sure you configured it correctly? It must be in format IP:port, and your server IP should be white-listed or username:password is ok
