Hi Tom,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Would you be so kind as to share your plugin debug.log so we can tell how you have configured your feeds? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi,
Thanks for sending over the debug.log.
I checked your Pinterest RSS feed and found 4 feeds. The first 3 seem to be working fine however this one returns a 404 error page:
https://www.bionana.at/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/33PiVrFejF7n1edsDjJjaRAtcOBr1iy4.xml
Is that also one of the feeds you are trying to upload to Pinterest?
Hi,
We just pushed out a new release of our plugin where we removed the ATOM part of the header even though we are doubting if this is indeed causing the issue at hand (as we did get the feed requirements directly from Pinterest).
Could you update the plugin and give it a try?
Yes – this looks better now!
I updated the 3 feeds already and one already posted pins to pinterest.
But there is another thing that makes me wonder now… I excluded be filter some products (no image, empty sku, empty description, no stock) – but they still get included in the feed. If there are more than one filters, is this then OR or AND?
example: https://www.bionana.at/produkt/kuerbis-ungarischer-blauer/
has no image, no stock BUT sku and product description
–> Pinterest takes ANY image now…
feed:
https://www.bionana.at/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/EXand5D6xsJGzksox0LSp4j0NDLPbRYU.xml
Thanks for your fast help.
The filters work as an “OR” so when the above product doesn’t have a product image or sky or description it should be removed from your feed.
Are you sure you have reprocessed the feed itself or doesn’t have a description or image (it does have a sku)?
Yes – I tried several times… and also double checked the product.
As for the mentioned product:
– has SKU
– has description
– has NO image
– has NO stock
Have you tried adding the image and stock fields to the feed so you can check if the plugin outputs anything in the feed (meaning they aren’t really empty of output something you didn’t expect)?
Yes – I tried now… I replaced the value from “Link” with “Stock” – this is the result of the mentioned product. (I shortened the description)
###

Bio-Kürbis „Ungarischer Blauer“

Sorte Der Name „Ungarischer Blauer“ verrät … höchstens bei Zimmertemperatur, ein Erdkeller eignet sich dafür ideal.

So – Stock is 0 and the field image does not even get filled – so my filter should work. What do you mean?
Hi,
To be honest we are am a bit out of options here. We tried replicating the issue at hand and created all the filters you created too: https://www.dropbox.com/s/mjh0lt71r441awj/RSS-filters.png?dl=0
We tried each filter individually and collectively. Each time they worked and showed the expected behaviour (on all three of our test websites). I would almost think your feeds are not refreshing however since you successfully added the “Quantity” value to your link field this doesn’t seem to be the cause.
Are you on the latest version of our plugin?
Yes – i just updated yesterday to your latest build. Did you also try in combination with include filters?
We did, no difference, the products are filtered our just fine.
Did you try the image and stock on individually? Perhaps we can narrow down the issue to just one of the filters not working for you?
