Pique Theme Panels Option Missing

    I am using the Pique theme for my website. I am using Siteground as my host site. When I first started editing the site in the customizer, I had the panels option with the static front page. It has since disappeared. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling/updating the few plugins that I have, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Any ideas on what could make the panels option go away?
