    Hi!
I’m tryng to get a multilanguage version of my website- I’m using Pique theme and I love it. I need to know if it is “internationalized”, because Polylang develpoers say it’s necessary.

I started writing my pages in English, even if I’m Italian and I’m using an Italian dashboard of WordPress. However I don’t think this matters.

    Thank you for any information

  • Hi emeiar – Pique should be fully translatable, though we don’t test with specific plugins. I suggest you give it a try.

    Hello Kathryn.

    It works but not everything.

    How can I make this:

If the language selected is Italian, then panels shown are the Italians (the plugin duplicates pages).
If the language selected is English, then panels shown are the English ones.

You can have a look at the present sitauation here

    Thank you!

Hi emeiar – unfortunately Pique’s special front-page setup is not compatible with multilingual plugins like Polylang or WPML. Sorry the earlier information I gave you was misleading.

Instead, you could use the multisite multilingual technique, as one user did here with French and English:

Yes Kathryn, this is exactly what I’d like to get.

Thank you, I try with that solution.
