Pivot importer for WordPress 2.0

Since WP2.0 has been out for a while, and the importer at makeyougohmm.com doesn’t seem to get updates, I updated my own importer. It should work with the Pivot 1.2 and up (maybe even older, but really, who’s still using that?). Don’t know about PHP on IIS support; since it generally seems to do local file stuff differently from PHP on *nix, I assume that there will be… issues. =]
