Pixel Caffeine not finding pixel id

    When using Facebook Connect, I see my account but the pixel id is not showing. However, i can see my pixel firing. Not sure what the issue, but I can’t use the advanced features.

    Hi,

    make sure that the Facebook account you used for the login is the right one. Also, make sure that the Ad account you select is the one has the Pixel ID associated.
    Specifically, make these check if you are in a Business Manager, most probably there might be a permissions problem.
