    Hello,

I was experiencing some issues with my pixel integration. It seems I have a problem with my events. Purchase now started to show error (see screenshot 6A,6B,6C within the link) and also wrong URL’s were assigned to irrelevant events. For example purchase event tracks other URL’s as well.

I am now running on PixelCaffeine and would like to assure myself that my configuration is set properly.

Thinks which look fine – please confirm. I was doing debugging with Pixel Helper.

    1) Homepage, Checkout, and Cart seem to be fine and the pixel should work just fine. Can you please confirm that? (see screenshot 1,3,4 within the link)

    2) Pixel Caffeine settings. (see screenshot 5 within the link)

    Issues:

    1) The product page triggers initiate checkout event, which does not make any sense. I have not set or assigned this type of URL in my settings (Caffeine). I guess this event should not be there. (see screenshot 2 within the link)

    2) The product page also triggers second view content, which should also not be there. I am aware of using only Pixel Caffeine, so I don’t know from where the other code is coming from. (see screenshot 2 within the link)

    3) Facebook warning on the “Purchase” event (see screenshot 6A,6B,6C within the link).

I will be grateful for any type of help!

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

I see you are using WooCommerce, which is compatible with Pixel Caffeine, which means that Pixel Caffeine already fire automatically the standard DPA events in the right places and in the right moments (AddToCart, ViewContent, Purchase, etc.).

Only make sure you have the events enabled in Pixel Caffeine > General Settings at the bottom of the settings.

In this way, you don’t absolutely need to add them manually in Conversions/Events. Maybe this is the cause of your issue. So, remove them and leave the automatic ones added by Pixel Caffine in its own.
