Can you try refreshing your browser on that page and try inserting it again? It is an AJAX/JS based button and some browsers seem to have issues saving.
already tried that, many times….other solutions? i kinda paid for this not to do it the long way…and i still am 🙁 …i got the facbook pixel to save…but no luck for the dynamic remarketing google oixel…doesnt save..i tried refreshing…then adding option..i tried leaving option on and then refreshing nd then adding pixel….i tried ading pixel and refreshing with out saving…with saving…dont know what more will make it work…little annoying…this is a paid plugin…i spent 145 $ CAD on that!…little better solution would be apprecited …?
i would like a refund. i have realised that it is not needed for me to have the elite over the pro which is free…i do not see the 145$ value in it for me. i made an error purchasing this plug in…but will use the free version as GTIN is an option with the free version aswell.
How can we proceed?
