If you still experience issues, could you try running a traceroute from your computer to pixel.wp.com, and post the results here? It might also be worth trying to access your site from a different network or using a different ISP if you can (like at work or at a friend’s place for example), to make sure the problem isn’t limited to your network.

46ms seems pretty bad. Do you experience similar times when running the trace from a different network?
I guess this is the issue of my Internet. Not sure why it is not loading pixel.wp.com.
