@dannherrin – this happens when you’re logged in. View the form in a new browser or not logged in to see the form without those fields pre-filled.

Hey @dannherrin – Really weird! I do see your name in there on initial page load. When you change gateways it looks like it should but on initial load it’s definitely not correct.
Are there any sort of custom things going on with your site? Have you tried disabling various plugins that may be causing this conflict? Try switching the default gateway from “Test” or “Offline Donation” or another to see if that resolves the issue.
Devin, this problem has not been resolved. I have left it on test mode until this week when I finally resolved a banking issue for my non-profit. My name is still showing up in the placeholder fields. I deleted the plugin, reinstalled and my name still shows up. Go to https://alanmaddenfoundation.org and see for yourself. I love the plugin and want to use it but I have to make my name go away.

Give simply does not do that unless you are logged-in to your website. The only other way that can be happening is the following:
1) I have seen some users who somehow paste the HTML of the Give form into their page builder text block. That is problematic for many reasons. Please double-check how you are inserting the Give form into that page (ideally it would be with our shortcode, see here:
https://givewp.com/documentation/core/shortcodes/ )
2) Your site is caching things in really hard and strange ways. I’d suggest clearing all caches and deactivating all caching plugins while testing this.
