Hi, my client’s business is listed on Google as “Master Window Cleaners Perth”

However, your plugin is not finding this business when searching:

(the search results do not contain any result called “Master Window Cleaners Perth”)

Help appreciated

Hi @srd75,

Please check that your Google place has a physical address and it’s not a service or virtual area.

Unfortunately, some time ago Google API stopped working with virtual or service areas. It’s a limitation of Google, not us or the plugin and according to this we can’t make a workaround for this. It will work only if you apply a physical address in your GMB dashboard for your Google business.
