Hello,
This is Ok. We were requested to add “Place order” button blocking functionality by our customers. Once you get Aramex shipping rate the button is unblocked. If a client place order without getting shipping rate who will pay for the shipment?
Best regards,
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
First of all, the shipping rate does appear correctly when the user enters their zip code.
After further testing I noticed that the problem only happens when the user is logged-in.
You can watch these videos to see the problem:
1. Checkout working correctly with guest user: https://youtu.be/p6akLTGuFUE
2. Checkout not working correctly with logged-in user: https://youtu.be/6FVDZsxqGmU
What could be the problem? Thanks.

HEllo,
Would you please reinstall our plugin. I made hot fix for current version regarding to your issue. This fix will be added to next version soon.
Best regards,
Hello, thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately the solution did not work. It works at first when the user accepts the license agreement but when he or she changes their address it becomes disabled again.
Also, I didn’t notice any files being updated when I redownloaded the plugin, should I be getting your new hot fix from somewhere else?
Bonus question: Is there a way we could get faster/premium assistance with the plugin? We’re working with Aramex here in Lebanon and they don’t seem to know much about the plugin.

Hello,
I added validation for billing and shipping fields on “create account” page. So you should go to you account detailed information and try to pass validation for your current user.
Best regards,
