Do you know how to use Firebug to check for jQuery errors? Sounds like you have some sort of plugin or theme conflict going on.
Can you try disabling other plugins to see if the problem goes away?

I am not familiar with Firebug but I can look it up. Is there a plugin for it to use in wordpress? I tried deactivating some of the extra woocommerce plugins but nothing so far. I also noticed that when I hover over ‘cancel order’ the link …/cart shows up but nothing for ‘place order’…does that mean anything?
What is your site URL so I can check it out?

It is http://www.womenandshoesmag.com
I created a test product to see and it does the same thing. so as of right now my products are being linked externally to complete purchase.
Can you link me directly to the test item that I would see the problem with?

It’s really not a good practice for me to go all the way through this on live servers. Can you set the site to sandbox mode temporarily? Or even better would be to setup a staging version of your site specifically for testing purposes. Sometimes your host can provide that sort of thing for you.
Then we could set the staging site to use the sandbox so we can run a bunch of tests and troubleshoot this thing directly.
