Place Order Button not Working

    Hi,

    Using the above link, you can add the product to the basket.

    From the basket, you can easily proceed to the checkout page.

    Once you are on the checkout page the ‘Place Order’ button doesn’t work. It neither works when the form is filled nor when it’s empty.

    I am only using Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woolentor & Woolentor Pro (Up to date Versions).

    I have tried with Astra, hello & Twenty Seventeen WordPress theme.

    Also, the button starts to work when I replace the Woolentor widgets with the actual Woo Commerce checkout page using the shortcode.

    Kindly check & let me know a possible solution to the problem.

    This forum is only for Free version support. For the pro version support and query, you need to contact to the respective website from where you have purchased the pro version.

    What a terrible response from HasThemes…
    I have purchased the WooLentor Pro version as well, and have experienced similar issues. The process of actually finding support for WooLentor is excruciating. There is no support link on the wooLentor site or the HasThemes site. It’s like the developers of this product is trying to avoid contact with users/customers, and the above response just serves to reinforce that impression.

    Have you resolved this issue? … your post indicates resolved.
    I ask because it seems that users of WooLentor must rely on each other to resolve issues, since the plugin developer refuses to provide guidance to paying customers.

    Hello @robotzoo
    I would request you to check the HasThemes website again. We have Contact/ticket creation option in the main menu, Footer menu.
    In the WooLentor description page, there is a Title “Need Help”, you will get the contact link from there as well.

    Please don’t write any comment here, which makes other users confused.
