Hi,
You can use the background image setting.
Best Regards,
DearHive
It’s not giving the desired look.
The background image covers the full container, so it scales up the full width (making it too large) and it is cut off at the top and bottom.
When the pdf loads, there is still a white page under the loader, covering the background image.
If possible, is there any advice on how this can be achieved according to my needs?
Hi,
Try to set the background to “transparent”
Then add the flipbook into something(block/element) that you can control the size.

You mean setting the background color to a transparent hex value?
I did that and it doesnt make a difference.
During loading the flipbook still shows as a white page. Am I missing something or is it just not possible?
Also, the short animation after loading, where the flipbook slides from right to left, is it possible to disable?
Hi,
Just use the text transparent
The animation cannot be disabled
better share the url to your page.

I’ve set the container to 800px max-height, but the background image covers full width. (guess i have to add white space on the sides in the jpeg?)
Using “transparent” as text input for the background-color, still results in a white background rectangle when the pdf loads and slides from right to left.
HI,
Is it a lightbox mode or embedded mode?
Please share the URL so that we could suggest more.
Here is an embedded example with transparent background

The gradient is from the Element where the flipbook shortcode is added.
