Placeholders cutted

I used this plugin with the french language.
There is a bug when the label contains the simple quote.
Example => “login” in the french translate is “Nom d’utilisateur”
In the placeholder of the input, the text is cut to show only : “Nom d”
The text seems to be cut because of the simple quote.

Could you fix it ?
