Placing Widgets

I am working on following site > http://outdooractivitiesforkids.com/

1. Is their any way I can move my Sidebar Widgets to upper half of the site?
2. Or move them somewhere below the posts ( above comments form)?

Site is not complete and am still working to choose right widgets and place them.

I am sure there might be some ways and it may require me to edit some code. Now I am not a programmer but can read the code little bit, do some modifications etc but cant generate the code.

Please guide me how it is possible…do I need to copy paste widget code in the location I want to them to show up? Any changes to index.php etc?

Please guide.
