    hi,

    i have installed the Forminator plugin which works like a dream.
    Ideally we use the same plugin to feed a PLAIN TEXT email to our back-end system (to upload the data from the form).
    Currently it seems that the layout is adjusted (especially the email address comes with the link separate).
    Weirdly enough when i forward the same email from outlook, it works as intended.

    Is there an option to create a PLAIN TEXT email as well?

    Forminator does not have a built-in option to send the notification email in plain text. However, it should be possible to custom-code a workaround using the following filter.

    forminator_custom_form_mail_admin_message

    I am afraid, providing custom code is out of the scope of support we provide. You need to hire a developer for the same.
