    Hi, is there an option to add the user profile name beside the task in the planer calendar?

    Hi @sssss1,

    By “user profile name”, do you mean the CRM Contact the task is assigned to?

    In that case, you can switch to the “List View” which will show the assigned user’s profile name, as shown in the screenshots below:

    Hi, thanks for your response. Is there a way to add contact/client names in the calendar view? Or do you have some paid options to colorize calendar fields and add contact/client name on calendar field

    Hi @sssss1,

    Currently, there isn’t a way to add contact/client names in the calendar view. But, you can filter tasks by contact names by using the drop-down menu on the top right-handside:
