I’d suggest a custom post type to hold the user responses and a front-end form that users can use to create those posts. The posts should be either spam checked or saved in draft mode for your review.
You can use FormidablePro to do the front end form for the custom post type.

It’s not a urgent situation actually. I’m just looking around for the best way to realize my database. I’m all ears for suggestions by kind people.
