Hi, can you share with us the shortcode you are currently using.
Thank you
Here it is:
[video_lightbox_youtube video_id=”aWY-6TnKVy8&rel=0″ width=”640″ height=”480″ anchor=”https://royaltruckandequipment.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Royal-Mobile-Safety-System-e1516987446601.jpg” alt=”Work Zone Recording”]
Hi, I tested your shortcode in a post. When I went to view the post, I received the following error message.
Warning: Division by zero in D:\webserver\xampp5-6\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-video-lightbox\misc_functions.php on line 99
The above error message is produced because the shortcode contains wrong entries. In your case you did not use the proper double quotes. Here is the fixed shortocde. Please test this shortcode and let me know if it works for you.

mbrsolution.
It did not work. The play button image does not show up and the video does not play.
I am a little confused how I had the wrong quotes on the wrong sides. I only have one ” key on my keyboard. lol, they look completely vertical to me. There’re isn’t a slant either way to show what side it goes on.
Anyway, I copied and pasted your correct shortcode and it did not resolve the issue π
Hi, you probably are correct about the double quotes. However when I copied and paste your shortcode to my post via the Text tab not the Visual tab it added some double quotes incorrectly. Maybe it was my copy and paste process that was incorrectly π
Can you try the following test. Deactivate all of your other plugins except this one then carry out a test? If this does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen?
Let me know how you go.
Regards
Hey!
I tried the conflict test. But the play.png image does not appear on a default wordpress website. See here: http://sandbox.royaltruckandequipment.com/about/
Hi, when I go to the URL you shared above and click on the first image the video plays. Is this what you are referring too?
Regards
Yes. The BlueLine one. But the play.png image does not appear.
Hi, can you share the shortcode you are using for the play.png image?
Thank you

Can you carry out a test in a test post. Add the above shortcode but this time don’t add &rel=0 for the video id.
Let me know what happens.
Also can you share the shortcode you are using for the BlueLine one.
Thank you
I removed the &rel=0 but still no play.png image.

I used:
[video_lightbox_youtube video_id="vBZbOv5SJWk" width="640" height="480" anchor="http://sandbox.royaltruckandequipment.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/BlueLine-Video-Thumbnail.jpg" alt="BlueLine TMA Truck Rentals"]Waiiit a minute. About 5 months ago we left off on another forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/customize-video-auto-thumnail-image/
Does the play button only appear when the thumbnail is automatically pulled from YouTube?
The auto thumbnail option left a black top & bottom border so I am using my own thumbnail images. Is that why my play button is not appearing?I added the same video with the auto thumbnail option on the test post page that supports this theory.
Hi, I clicked on your URL above and both images worked for me. I clicked on the BlueLine image and the lightbox opened up. So I can say that it is working for me in my browser. Did you clear your browser cache?
