Hi, can I play video directly from a file without the need for a flash player. The file format is mp4.

Yes you can play mp4 files using our plugin and it does not require any flash player.

I did everything as shown but unfortunately only the player screen is displayed but the video itself is not displayed on the screen. What could be the possible reason?

You can download this video file https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/video.mp4 and upload it to your WordPress and have a test

Now I checked in Microsoft edge everything is normal, but it does not show in the mozilla.

With Internet Explorer does not show anything.

With Google Chrome work. It does not work only with mozilla and IE. How can I fix this?

If test this https://plyr.io/ – With Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge work. It does not work only with mozilla and IE. What is the problem and how to solve it?

Use Firefox 85.0.2 and windows 7/32 and windows 10/64.
