Player Broken After Update

I have the Podcast Player free version 4.2.0 installed on my website for some time now. I also use Podlove Podcast Publisher free version 3.3.1 installed to create the podcasts output in the player. A new update for the publisher was just released updating some JS codes. Now the only episode that plays is the only one created after the update (episode 08-2021). No other episode plays although the link still shows as active. I have tried to refresh the episodes, change settings, edited and saved episodes, cleared caches among other actions and nothing seems to enable them to play. I am out of options with this.
The JQuery Migrate Helper plugin also identifies some deprecated codes which I will put into a different post for clarity.
How do I get my episodes to play?

Thanks for using Podcast player.

I just checked website URL you shared above. Somehow, the media (audio mp3) used in your non playing episodes are protected. Therefore, they cannot be played.

To check it, just logout from your wordpress website and click following link of an mp3 file of your website,

https://the-mcaj.org/wp-content/uploads/Grace-Hour-12-July-2020.mp3?ptm_source=feed&ptm_context=grace-hour-podcast&ptm_file=Grace-Hour-12-July-2020.mp3

I think this problem has nothing to do with Podcast player. You might want to ask Podlove team for this.

Please inform if there is anything I can do to resolve the above error.

Hello @vedathemes, all the files were created as protected, including episode 08-2021. I unprotected various files and they played. However, Episode 08-2021 is still a protected file and it still plays. This leads me to think the files being protected may not be the problem.
is there any other setting that may cause this issue?

08-2021 does not seems to be protected, https://the-mcaj.org/wp-content/uploads/GHB-21-February-2021.mp3?ptm_source=feed&ptm_context=grace-hour-podcast&ptm_file=GHB-21-February-2021.mp3.

Restricted access to audio files is only likely issue with your podcast.
