Hi there,
Thanks for using podcast player.
Can you please temporarily disable “Minimize unintentional exposure of podcast data” setting (It is in WordPress Dashboard > Podcast Player > Settings) ? I will check for the issue and inform you.
Thanks,

Hi there,
The Problem
I just checked the player. Somehow, your episode’s audio links are not appearing correct. For example, For S2E17, the audio URL is not correct. It is https://production-origin.anchor.fm/s/6a8d0fbc/podcast/play/51075495/https%3A%2F%2Fd3ctxlq1ktw2nl.cloudfront.net%2Fproduction%2Fexports%2F6a8d0fbc%2F51075495%2Fa43f4693ef8aa78841488db186fb7316.m4a
Are you using the correct feed URL? You actual feed URL is the following,
https://anchor.fm/s/6a8d0fbc/podcast/rss
Please try above feed URL in the podcast player.
Inform me if more help is required on this.
Thanks,
Thanks. That is what I am entering when asked for the podcast URL link

Ok. Can you please
1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Podcast Player > Toolkit > Feed Updation Tool.
2. Select your podcast from the dropdown
3. Hit Delete Podcast data button
4. Make sure to clear cache (If you are using a caching plugin).
Inform me for more help with this.
Thanks,
Thanks. I did that but now cannot get my podcasts back! How do I add them back into the site?

That’s strange. Do you see any error message in that?
Can you please contact me on [email protected]?
I might need backend access to check this strange issue. (Your podcast is working perfectly on my test site with s2E18 episode included)
Thanks,

Hi @jenglass ,
I think now your podcast is working. Some of my other users also faced something similar issues with Anchor podcasts (They blackout for some time and then reappear again).
I hope the issue has been resolved now. However, inform me if you need any help with this.
Thanks,
