    Hi Guys,
Bit of a long shot. Does anyone have an English 8-ball configuration they would be willing to share?

Can’t seem to get my head around the player stats.
Matches will be played in a format of thirteen singles
Players can play up to two frames per match if required, but no player is allowed to play twice within the first 6 frames. (e.g. a player can play no. 1 & 7 or 6 & 7 or 12 & 13 etc. But cannot play 1 & 6 or 5 & 6 etc.

I am trying to determine how to display either the 1st and/or 2nd frame played and won or lost.
Is there a match sheet option? Something like this?

    Alstars A	4	9	The Crews

    Andy Jeanes	1 Andrew Moules
    Andy Smith	1 Brandan Read
Busby Clayton (c)	1	Brian Harris
    Jacob Southcombe	1	Cullum Finch
    James Somers 1	Geoff Rich
James Wakefield 1	Kevin Knight (c)
    Jim Button 1	Lisa Furby
    Joe Ready 1	Martin Harris
    Lewis Tremlett	1 Ricky Finch
    Matt Jakeman 1	Robbie Carter
    Paul Bolitho 1	Russ Millier
    Paul Flannigan 1	Sharon Harris
    Peter Guest	1 Steve Grant

  • Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, you have 2 options as far as I can see.

You can create a single event with teams and players, then use some custom code to display it in the way you want to.

Another option is to store each frame as a player vs player event, and then create a team event that loads these events using a shortcode (such as an events list).

This requires no custom code, but it will be harder to set up and to maintain (although you can use the CSV importers to help you).

    Thanks!

    Thank you for replying.
    Nothing easy then lol.

Can I sort something out for attended but only played the first frame.
Something like Win Loss Not played equation?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

Indeed, it does require a bit of extra work.

As for your other question, I’m not sure if I get it. Is it related to the original question? If not, it’s better to open a new topic.

If it is related, can you please clarify? Maybe with an example?

    Thanks!
