Playing and crying with Custom CSS

Hello,

we have changed the header

yet we are unable to change the color of the page’s titles on the top, starting with ‘Bienvenidos`(total 6 pages)

The page source reads it’s class="menu menu-top"

I tried
.menu menu-top { color: #ff9900 !important; }
and something else, it didn’t work.
