This plugin provides a wrapper to the standard audio shortcode, so to troubleshoot you can investigate whether the tracks work as expected when you change the audiotrack shortcodes to standard WordPress audio shortcodes.
If you can provide a link to your page and copy & paste into your reply the exact shortcodes & parameters you are entering, I’ll have a look to see whether I can suggest a solution.
Wow, I figured that the earliest you would get back to me was tomorrow, and my need to get this done is urgent. I deleted everything on the page while trying to find something else I like. However, I can tell you the regular WordPress audio worked perfectly.
Maybe if you are able to get back to me right away I can re-create a little of what I did. I’ll get back to you in a few minutes.
Okay, here’s a link. http://www.richrorex.com/wordpress/the-music-of-rich-rorex/
If I have the page up and look at the source code, it shows them all linked to the same mp3 file, but they are not that way in my WP. If there was a way to attach a file I would show you what I have.
You can use the forum’s code button to insert the ‘backtick’ characters before & after the pasted-in copy of the shortcodes used in your page.
I have had a look at the page in your link and it looks like you are using a WordPress playlist rather than the audio album plugin to list your songs which was developed before WordPress’s playlist functionality was available.
Oops, you’re right, I sent you the wrong page. Sorry about that.
If you can post the correct link and the full shortcodes used, I will have a look and should be able to help you get it working.
