Individual videos play fine, but I can’t get the flowplayer playlist to load. All I see is the three loading “dots” cycling endlessly, with PREV and NEXT at the bottom of the screen. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins and using a default theme, with the same result.

That is strange. How did you set up the playlist? What version of WordPress are you using? Is this is a new installation?

If you edit the playlist and save it, it will work.

Thanks for the reply. It’s WordPress 4.2.2. I’m setting up a new site. I’m using the Travelify theme, although the problem still persists if I switch to the default twenty fifteen theme.

I set it up by entering the URL addresses to my videos (two .mp4 videos, located on my own site) on the New Videos page. I added each to a playlist named “Demo Reel.” If I open the playlist, I see the two videos there. Then I created a web page and clicked “Insert Video” and added the playlist. I see the shortcode inserted. But when I view it (I tried both Chrome and Firefox), all I get is the loading icon.

If I click the Insert Video button and select one of the individual videos, they load and play fine. Even if I put both an individual video and the playlist on the same page, the video loads, but the playlist does not.

I tried editing and resaving the playlist as you suggested, but it still does the same thing.

I just sent you a PM with the webpage URL, if that helps.

Sorry, your email went under. I am going to have another look today.

I am really sorry for the long delay. I have released an update which should fix the issue. The issue was caused when only mp4 video formats were used.
