Please add “keep closed” option

Really good and simple plugin with smooth animation. The only problem I see is everytime I close the notification bar and I reload the page, it keeps coming back. Can you add a “keep closed” option and probably a “keep closed until…” settings too so that admin can set an amount of time before the bar reappears after user clicks close button.
