I had to change line 31 to read:
define( ‘CPT_ONOMIES_URL’, plugins_url() . ‘/’ . basename( dirname( __FILE__ ) ) . ‘/’ );
Now it works. Is ‘WP_PLUGIN_URL’ deprecated? Please update if so. Thanks.
