Would be great if you could allow us to send a better auto-response, as opposed to one sentence or paragraph.
In the current setup, the HTML element for adding the text is an <input>. By only changing this to a <textarea>, the user can add line breaks between paragraphs, and construct a much nicer email, that doesn’t have that flat feeling of an auto-response.
Thank You !

Have updated plugin. Textarea is added. Did not test the auto reply mail yet, but this should be fine. Meaning, a text with line breaks is displayed properly.
Oh, right, one email is the conformation for the sender, and the other for the admin.
You, know what would be great, also? A checkbox for the user to consent to getting the newsletter. Then the plugin would collect the user’s email and name in a list, that the admin would copy/paste to the mailing list.
Having them fill out the contact form, the newsletter form, and maybe even the ordering form, is asking for too much
The purpose of this plugin is to offer a simple lightweight contact form. If you want a more extended or a custom form there are many other plugins that you can use instead.
Have updated plugin and your second “quirk” is fixed. Thanks for informing me about this.
FYI: next thing I’m working on is a VS Contact Form block. Looks better in block editor than a shortcode.
