    @aga2442 thanks for being a Pro customer and my apologies for not getting back to you sooner! I’ll check the previous tickets to locate yours. Can you please re-submit the contact form located here https://www.gabelivan.com/contact/ and just put the email address associated with your account? Just fill random things in the other fields.

    PS: I’ll mark this topic as resolved, as it’s related to the Pro version (this forum is for the Lite one) and we can continue the conversation privately.
