Please you the nextgenthemes.com support site for free support.

Reasons why I do not like to give support on this forums:

1. This forums can not be moderated by me.
2. Posts may not be visible to the public after being posted as they need to be approved my volunteer moderators.
3. People can not edit their threads after a too short time.
4. I got censored on this forums.
5. I do not get emails when new questions arrive here, only when I mark specific questions.
6. Nextgenthemes.com has Anspress running and I have full control a way better fit for support then this.
7. I can define instructions for technical issues in a way people actually read them that makes the entire thing faster and esier for everyone.
8. I am not allowed to give support for the Pro Addon here so I think it makes sense to combine things that belong together, especially because they always overlap.
9. Because someone lately claimed I do this for traffic to my site. To be honest its a nice side effect if one day people would find my site when searching for things about my plugins. But as you see above this is not really the reason.
