Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand that your site is set to ship only within Australia, but when adding a product to the cart, the default State/Country shows “CA” and displays “No delivery options available.” When you update the address to a valid NSW, Australia location, it still says, “Please enter a valid postcode.”
Please share a screenshot of:
1- WooCommerce > Settings > General options
2- Shipping zones
3- Shipping methods
This will help me understand the issue and troubleshoot it further.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Currently, everything appears fine in the screenshot.
Could you please edit each shipping zone and send the settings you have configured for each one?
Also, could you please try clearing your browser cache and then adding the postal code again to see if that resolves the issue?

The screenshots show configuration is correct. To troubleshoot further, please try other addresses from Australia. Then share full-page screenshots of the Checkout page.
This will help me understand the behavior of the problem and narrow it down.
You may use the random address generator tool to get random addresses.
